This approach is intentional. In regulated markets, credibility begins with knowing what may be said publicly, what must remain protected, and what requires formal clearance before any controlled activity can occur.

Heorhiy Balabanov

Heorhiy Balabanov is the Founder and Chief Designer of Gamlahantverk Group. His work focuses on advanced thermodynamic systems, materials research and defense-adjacent product architecture. The group reflects his conviction that industrial precision and regulatory discipline are inseparable. Mr. Balabanov does not serve as public chief executive; corporate governance functions operate through designated professional channels in accordance with Swedish company law.

Holding structure by design

The group was structured as a holding from the beginning rather than as a single operating company. The reason is compliance architecture: defense-oriented programs, protected R&D and lawful civilian activity require distinct documentation, financial and disclosure boundaries under one governance doctrine.
